Company launches language-independent RAE (Relationship Analysis Engine™) natural language understanding software component that is designed to work with any natural language and has been tested with Arabic, English, French, German, Hindi, and Russian.  RAE software technology is viewed as an enabler for faster better Text Analysis, Data Mining, Semantic Metadata Indexing, and more.

U.S. Federal Government value-added reseller channel partner G3 Systems, Inc. is selected by ALCI to support RAE sales and service for Defense, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Law Enforcement and other Agencies and to help faciliate RAE licensing and application integration support for application software companies serving federal government agencies.

G3 Systems, Inc. Receives HUBZone Certification

The Small Business Administration certified G3 Systems as a qualified HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) small business on 2 January 2003. This certification permits G3 Systems to be eligible for HUBZone contracting and other related small business opportunities.

The HUBZone Empowerment Contracting Program stimulates economic development and creates jobs in urban and rural communities by providing Federal contracting preferences to small businesses. These preferences go to small businesses that obtain HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) certification in part by employing staff who live in a HUBZone. The company must also maintain a "principal office" in one of these specially designated areas. The program resulted from provisions contained in the Small Business Reauthorization Act of 1997. The HUBZone Empowerment Contracting Program is administered by a staff in Washington, D.C. in cooperation with field staff located in SBA District Offices around the country.

Generally speaking, there are two levels of benefit. The first relates directly to Federal contracts, while the second involves specialized assistance. As of Oct. 1, 2000, all Federal buying agencies must abide by the HUBZone Program requirements and many of these contracts are posted on Fed Biz Opps.
