Building on an almost decade long commitment to the development of high quality courseware for K-12 and Higher Education, G3 Systems Inc. now provides highly interactive courseware and technical training products to the US Military. With educational products ranging from business, technology and the sciences, G3 started developing technical training for the US Navy in 1996 with the Air Defense Engineer courseware prototype developed for Litton/PRC. This interactive CD-ROM-based product eventually gave rise to the invitation for G3 to join the Distributed Learning XXI (DLXXI) contract under Team Camber. Gordon G. Miller, III from G3 was asked by Camber Corporation to be the Director for Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI).
In a teaming arrangement with Digital Sandbox Inc. (DSI), G3 has contributed to the development of the interface designs for the Military Police Advance NCO Course for the MP School at Ft. Jackson as well as the Senior Personnel Services Sergeant ANCOC Course for the Personnel School at Ft. Leonard Wood. DSI and G3 are now teamed on the 31C10 TATS Radio Operator-Maintainer Course for the Signal School at Ft. Gordon for the conversion and development of 50 hours of instructional content. The work that G3 has put into the Programming/Technical and Support Contract under SAIC will also provide a firm foundation from which to address technical integration issues for on-line courseware deployment on future DLXXI projects. |
